With Customer Survey for MAXIMO, you can implement a powerful customer survey program in just minutes. Customer Survey works by:
- Identifying work orders that were closed in the prior period (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly) which have not yet been surveyed
- Sending a personalized survey form via email to the customer for these work orders or for a smaller random sampling of work orders
- Optionally updating the work order record with a new "Survey Date" so you know when survey emails were sent
- Creating a survey record when the customer submits their survey responses from the email message
And because the survey data is stored in a new custom Maximo "Survey" application, users with proper privileges can view and report on the results. In fact, Customer Survey even includes automatic exception alerting and key perormance indicator reporting to mainenance managers and supervisors in order to complete the loop. Some examples of these automatic communications include:
- Email alert including customer free-form notes when a negative survey response is received
- Periodic (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly) performance summaries sent to supervisors bases on survey responses for their work orders.
- Summary of survey result averages (% positive on each question) for supervisors sent to managers
- Others can easily be added for your organization
