The Login Plus utitlity program gives all of your MAXIMO® Software 4.x users a smarter way to log into MAXIMO® Software. Features of this simple but helpful enhancement include:
- Users can optionally specify a module to start automatically so they can go right to the specific MAXIMO® Software application they use regularly.
- MAXIMO® Software database names are automatically displayed in a drop down list so that users don't have to remember the names of your MAXIMO® Software databases.
- New! Each database name can be associated to a specific application directory so MAXIMO® Software will be run from the application directory appropriate for the selected database.
- Personal preferences including database name, user name, and the MAXIMO® Software module to automatically start can be easily saved by each user so they only need to enter their password to get going in MAXIMO® Software.
- Login Plus is a non-invasive tool that requires zero changes to your MAXIMO® Software environment. Simply drop it into the MAXIMO® Software directory and it's ready to go.
- Because Login Plus simply collects the login information and then hands off control to MAXIMO® Software itself to perform the login and start-up in its entirety, there is absolutely no effect on security or authentication. MAXIMO® Software validation and signature security is not affected by Login Plus.
