The MaxGoTo utility program for Maximo 4.x allows you to open any MAXIMO screen and automatically load the desired record. Simply pass the desired module name and the record key; even the database login can be automated if you desire. Typical uses include providing users with one-click access to records from an external application or online report that can make external program calls or even from saved or emailed Windows shortcuts. Works with Custom Applications too!
Syntax:
MAXGOTO Executable Key [Database/UserName/Password]
Examples:
MAXGOTO.EXE WOTRACK 1002
- Opens Work Order Tracking and loads Work Order # 1002.MAXGOTO.EXE LABOR LIBERI
- Opens the Labor module and loads Liberi.MAXGOTO.EXE PO 1010 MAXDEMO/MAXIMO/DEMO
- Opens the Purchase Order screen and loads PO # 1010.
